We do not make any guarantee on size, colour, temperment, breeding/show quality. We do our best to estimate the color, temperment, adult weight of a pup based on parents size, previous litters, bone structure etc, but it is only an estimate. Colours can change as pups get older. Buyer is aware that tiny dogs are more prone to luxating patellas, cddy and Hypoglycemia. Statistics show that 90% of toy poodles carry 1 or 2 variants of cddy (short leg chromasome) but chances of the occurrence of IVDD are very rare. Hypoglycemia is 100% preventable . Please do your research on what the signs are for hypoglycemia are and how to treat low sugar levels, should they drop. Umbilical Hernias are common in puppies and usually disappear by 6 months of age. They develop when the umbilical cord is cut too close to the abdomen. If you are purchasing this puppy for the purpose of breeding then the health guarantee is void. All pacificNWpup canines are sold with no breeding rights and should be spayed/neautered at 6 months. If seller breeds a pacificnwpup then it is at there buyers own risk and the litter and parent is no longer the responsibility of the breeder, also any health guarantees are void. Puppies will not be replaced or returned if they are intended to be bred and do not meet that families breeding standards. If your puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening genetic defect within the first 3 months of its life, a replacement puppy will be given for the same value, or another litter as soon as one is availible. The buyer must return the puppy at their own expense and upon the breeders required timeframe. A letter is also required from a licensed veterinarian stating the findings. Seller has a right to have her vet examine the puppy to verify that it is covered under PacificNW pups health guarantee before moving forward with a replacement. A copy of the report must be forwarded to the breeder before determining whether a replacement will be made. This is to verify that the puppy actually passed from a life threatening defect and not an accidental death. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian fees. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the care and condition of the puppy once it has left our premises. Any conditions caused by accidents or neglect will void any guarantees (not being mindful of areas or animals that may contract parvo, avoiding vet visits or vaccines,  grooming, dental care, recalled food/treats, not maintaining healthy weight ) By purchasing from PacificNWPups, you are accepting the terms of this agreement.
